Company History

Since 1982, ALL-COMM Technologies has offered services in the sale, service, rental and installation of wireless communications systems and vehicle warning equipment. The company was initially founded as METCOM Systems Inc., but the name was changed in 1989 to ALL-COMM Technologies, Inc. We are proud to be in our thirty fifth year of service.

ALL-COMM Technologies, Inc. provides extensive communications system design, engineering, sales, service, installation, maintenance and repair to many mission critical public safety, municipal, governmental, commercial, industrial, business, educational and utility clients.

We have a variety of highly-trained employees dedicated to the service of our customers. Our service technicians and installers have attended factory-training courses provided by Motorola, Harris, Tait, ZETRON, and Kenwood, as well as many others.

ALL-COMM Technologies is a factory authorized full line dealer for MOTOROLA, Motorola Authorized Radio System Specialist as well as Preferred Service Provider and authorized warranty station. We are proud to be a factory-authorized dealer for Harris, Tait, ZETRON, Telex/Bosch, VERTEX, Hytera, KENWOOD, Pyramid, TC Communications, JPS, Whelen, Federal Signal, Havis-Shields, and many others.


Our Facility

Our Facility consists of over 10,000 square feet of occupancy for our technical and administrative operations, including secure interior garage space for over 10 vehicles. We maintain a secure environment for the protection of all inventory and customer equipment while in our custody.

In our service area on the first floor we have a walk in service counter for our customers, complete with full featured working demonstrations of many of our strobe and siren products, as well as samples of many of our 2-way and Nextel products. The separate climate controlled secured technician area is also on the first floor, and is equipped with individual benches and full service equipment for each of the technicians.

We utilize a triage area for incoming repairs and service requests, as well as a matrix board to schedule and maintain service department efficiency. Our state of the art computerized service software allows us to track repairs and service contracts by date, product, serial number, time or client. This allows us to maintain an extensive database of all repairs and service contracts, as well as the full service record for any individual piece of client equipment.

Our massive service garage can handle up to 10 vehicles simultaneously, and provides a secure and efficient vehicle installation facility, while our extensive inventory of replacement parts and new radio, siren, lighting and accessory products allows us to effect repairs and service installs as rapidly and as efficiently as possible, at a minimum inconvenience to the customer.

The upper level of our facility contains the administrative and sales offices, as well as our used equipment inventory room. Our large conference room and realistic demonstrations allow us to more effectively serve our customers, while our new in-house training facility allows us to constantly update and retrain our sales reps and our service personnel, consistent with the rapidly changing industry technology.
